COCUNUT CHUTNEY


THIS IS A USUAL CHUTNEY WITH A DIFFERENT FLAVOUR AS AVAILABLE IN HOTELS

INGREDIENT

COCUNUT HALF GRATED
GREEN CHILLY 2
GINGER HALF INCH
GARLIC 2 PODS
SALT

METHOD

GRIND ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENT WITH REQUIRED WATER AND SEASON IT WITH MUSTARD IN GHEE.
